Kira Padilla

Kira Padilla was born in Chicago and raised in the Pilsen neighborhood. During high school, she attended the early college program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Amazed and influenced by the creativity, she was determined to continue her studies there, and applied for college. There she studied painting, film and animation. Kira currently lives in Chicago and continues to create artwork using various mediums. She has participated in festivals and galleries and was working part time as an art instructor for Bottle and Bottega. As an independent artist she is also instructing private painting parties. 

Her goal is to create affordable artwork. “Take what you will from this blur, but please never forget that every piece of artwork is a reflection of who the artist is”.
